忙碌世界，吵雜紛亂，但你向我，頻頻呼喚，
卸下重擔，脫去纏累，背起十架，全心跟隨。

太初已在，你是真道，願你話語，時時光照，
平凡之中，與你同行，使我生命日日更新。

破繭而出，奔向耶穌，走出熟悉，放下自己，
活出生命，活出色彩，靠主大能，傳主大愛。（2X）

[ Leaving My Shell ]
As life's chaos consumes my all,
Lord, You urge me to heed Your call:
"Give up your pain, cast off your chains,
Take up My yoke, and follow Me!"

Word of God, cause Your light to shine
On my path and direct my life.
Though I am plain, my life mundane,
Walking with You, I've been renewed!

Use my life for Your ends, I ask;
Faithful, I will complete my task,
Humbly obey, watchfully pray --
Eyes on the goal, I'll run to You!
